Bug reports
These are the most useful thing you can send. Because there is no server, we never see errors happening on your device unless the automatic error reporter catches them — and it cannot catch "the output looked wrong".
Please include:
- Which tool, and the page address
- Your browser and version, and whether you are on a phone or a computer
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- The file type and roughly how large it was
Please do not attach the file itself unless we specifically ask. It is usually unnecessary, and sending us your passport scan would rather defeat the purpose of the site. If a file is genuinely needed to reproduce something, we will ask, and you can decide.
Corrections
Passport and visa photo requirements change, and every preset on this site cites the authority it came from. If you find one that is out of date or wrong, tell us — a link to the current official page is all we need, and it will be fixed quickly.
Feature requests
Welcome, with one honest caveat: anything that would require uploading a file to work will not be built, however useful it might be. That constraint is the product.
Privacy and data
See the privacy policy first — it probably answers the question, because the answer is usually "we do not have that". For anything it does not cover, write in.
Advertising
Ads are served through Google AdSense and we do not control individual creatives. If you see one that appears to be a scam, malware, or is behaving badly on the page, send a screenshot and the page you saw it on.
We do not sell direct placements or accept sponsored posts.
Response time
This is a small project. Expect a reply within a few days rather than a few hours. Everything gets read.
